Stayed here for four nights during the week and the staff and service were amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was great seeing the whole staff work together to make their guests feel comfortable. Especially Heather! She was a freaking rockstar at breakfast every morning. Her positive energy was so appreciated! Rooms were spacious and accomodating, with a microwave and fridge, and even a small living room area. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that I will definitely be coming back to next time I’m in the Chicago area!
Great stay overall at the SpringHill Suites in Elmhurst. The staff and service were excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient and easy to get around from. Breakfast was decent but could use some improvement, and the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated in places. Still, a solid choice and a comfortable stay.
I've stayed here with my family multiple times and we've always been very happy with the rooms, cleanliness, amenities and the service. Staff goes out of their way to make things pleasant and my kids love the buffet breakfast and the pool.
Great hotel. Fairly close to the airport (ORD). Rooms are spacious and noticeably quiet. Showers were hot and water pressure was good. The only complaint is the tub space and curtain. It was a bit unstable to stand under the shower head without the curtain wrapping you up. Breakfast as soon as-so but had plenty of options. Parking was sufficient.
Nice spread for complimentary breakfast (took a pic of what I chose to eat), all employees were friendly and all areas were clean. I took a star off the room because, in the corner to the left of the curtains on the ceiling, there was a crack surrounding a brown water spot (no leakage but my family noticed it) and for the sofa bed appearance. Other than that, we had a great stay.
Easy on-off from the expressway. Clean and smells nice. Check in by Eric was smooth, professional, and fast. Very pleased with his hospitality and knowledge of surroundings. Bed is comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Totally met my expectations, and then some! We walked in to our room and it was more spacious than it looked in the website's photos, and it was CLEAN (huge plus)! My kids went swimming and the water was unexpectedly, enjoyably warm. And there was a decent selection of food choices for the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely book again in the future!
